1. In Short

On the Pro, Business, Agency and White-Label plans, scheduled posts are unlimited for normal use. You do not need to count posts or watch a monthly allowance. This policy explains what normal use means, so that a small number of automated or abusive accounts cannot slow the Service down for everyone else. It forms part of our Terms of Service and works alongside our Acceptable Use Policy.

2. What Unlimited Covers

Unlimited scheduled posts means you can schedule and publish as many posts as you need to the social profiles connected to your account, for your own brands or for the clients you manage, without a monthly post count.

The Creator plan includes a fixed number of scheduled posts each month, shown on our pricing page.

3. What Normal Use Looks Like

Normal use is a person or team planning and publishing content for real brands: daily posts, campaigns, bulk uploads of a content calendar, evergreen and recycled posts, and posts created with our automation tools. Almost every account uses a small fraction of what the Service can handle, and this policy will never affect it.

4. What Is Not Fair Use

  • Automated mass posting that is not tied to real brand content, such as posting the same or near-identical content at very high volume, or spam.
  • Using ViralDashboard as a posting engine or API for another product or service, or reselling access to it outside the White-Label plan.
  • Any activity that breaks our Acceptable Use Policy or the rules of a connected social network.
  • Volume so far above normal use that it degrades the Service for other customers.

5. What Is Counted Separately

Some parts of your plan have their own monthly allowance and are not covered by unlimited scheduling:

  • X (Twitter) posts. X charges us for every post published through its API, so each plan includes a monthly allowance of X posts. Extra X posts use AI credits, as explained on our pricing page.
  • AI credits. AI captions, images, replies and analysis use the AI credits included in your plan.
  • Connected profiles, brands, users and storage. These follow the limits of your plan.

6. What Happens If an Account Goes Beyond Fair Use

  1. We contact you first. If an account’s posting is far above normal use, we email the account owner to understand what is happening. Most cases are a misconfigured automation and are solved together.
  2. We agree a way forward. That may be a change to how content is posted, or a plan that fits the account’s volume.
  3. Temporary limits only if needed. If the activity continues and affects the Service, we may limit new scheduled posts on that account until it is resolved. Posts already published are never removed under this policy.

Activity that breaks our Acceptable Use Policy, such as spam, is handled under that policy.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify customers of material changes at least 14 days before they take effect.
