ODP Joint Housing is a Nigerian real estate cooperative initiative designed to solve one of Nigeria’s biggest problems—urban housing affordability. We bring people together from every organization, agency or co-op to pool funds and jointly acquire genuine titled land and build residential or commercial structures in fully developed parts of cities like Abuja, Lagos, Enugu, Asaba, Port Harcourt, Kaduna, Ibadan, Owerri, Kano etc—at far lower prices than what is already available for sale on the open market. Through our Joint Land Acquisition + Joint Building model, we eliminate inflated costs, and uncertainty—empowering everyday Nigerians to finally own homes, offices, or shops in towns and developed places where they will normally not afford with their budget.
