At 15, I walked away from a home ruled by narcissism to begin a new life with my biggest supporter—my mom. But the path to healing wasn’t easy. I developed a binge eating disorder that nearly took my life. I live with an autoimmune condition called eczema, and during my worst flare-ups, I couldn’t move, speak, or even touch my own skin without pain. I was forced to confront myself—my trauma, my body, my worth. And somehow, in the silence, I began to rebuild. I fell in love with creating healing, anti-inflammatory recipes from raw, real food. I found peace in affirmation journaling—the one thing that kept me grounded when I couldn’t bear to look in the mirror. I found home in yoga—a practice that asked for nothing but breath, body, and presence. It became my sanctuary when my body felt unbearable, and my spiritual lifeline when I felt unseen. Through all of this, my mother stood beside me. Her love became my mirror, my strength, and my example. She taught me that healing is not about perfection. It’s about self-respect. Choosing yourself again and again, even when it hurts. Especially when it hurts. Today, I’m 17 years old—a model, a pageant contestant at WOW, a wellness content creator, and a yoga teacher in training. I create from a place of truth, from lived experience. I share yoga, gua sha, and healing rituals for the lymphatic system because I know what it’s like to feel stuck, swollen, unseen, and in pain. I share food as medicine and words as anchors. Because I know healing isn’t linear—it’s sacred. My brand is not just about beauty, wellness, or content. It’s about empowerment. It’s about showing young women that pain does not make you powerless. That your body is not your enemy. That healing is possible—and it begins with radical self-respect.
